With Mexican and American Hospitals nearby, the Belizean government is doing what they can to improve their health care system to compete with them. Belizean Doctors are mostly U.S. trained doctors, so the quality of service that they provide are pretty high.
Medicine in Belize is usually well stocked in Pharmacies and is priced similarly to U.S. price. As the government pushes for better health care, it shouldn’t be long before better and higher quality of hospital service is given to patients there.
